| As a new mum I was interested in activities for my son. I wanted to take him along to activities
that
would expand both of our horizons and abilities, in addition to extending our
social circle. Also, both my husband and I wanted to have "family
days"
out - places that would be of interest to all of us, with the occasional hint
of civilisation thrown in for good measure ie Sunday lunch out where children
are
welcome not just tolerated !
We soon realised that much of the information we sought was only available
by word of mouth - great if you know a lot of people with children in the
same
age group, if you don’t it's virtually impossible.
So we decided to combine our experience of both the IT industry and parenthood
to create a web site. We aim to provide a list
of activities within
various categories that suit your personal circumstances and requirements.
